Marie Alford-Harkey
Marie Alford-Harkey is the Associate Director for Education and Training at the Religious Institute. Ms. Alford-Harkey is an aspirant for Holy Orders in the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut. She has worked in diverse church and nonprofit settings including Hands on Hartford and The Crossing (an emerging Episcopal faith community) in Boston, and has held leadership positions in nonprofits such as Integrity Connecticut, where she serves as Deputy Convener. Previously, Ms. Alford-Harkey taught high school French and Spanish for twenty years. Ms. Alford-Harkey has a Master of Divinity degree from Episcopal Divinity School, a Master of French Literature degree from Wayne State University, a post-bachelor certification in Spanish, and an undergraduate degree from Georgia State University.
